Sustainability
Our concrete commitment
Every sustainable event starts with a space designed to reduce waste, consumption and emissions. The regeneration of existing buildings is our first commitment.
1092t
of CO² saved per year
Thanks to the 1.354 solar panels installed at Superstudio Village and Superstudio Maxi
Equivalent to
2.563 barrels of oil
-40%
water consumption
Thanks to low-flow taps and dual-flush toilets
Equivalent to
4.600 washing machine cycles in one year
-52%
average energy consumption
Across Superstudio Maxi and Superstudio Village, thanks to digital monitoring systems, photovoltaic panels and low-consumption LED lighting
Equivalent to the annual energy use
of around 300 households
Why we regenerate industrial spaces
Restoring an existing building avoids the emissions linked to the production and transportation of materials required for new construction. At Superstudio Maxi, 99.8% of demolition waste was recovered, and at Superstudio Village over 75% of the existing structure was preserved.
500kg

40% reduction in water consumption
A space with LEED Gold and ISO 20121 certifications, 560 photovoltaic panels, smart LED lighting, electric charging stations and Re-Cig recycling.
637 tons of CO₂ saved per year
–70% harmful ultrafine particles
–75% energy consumption
A LEED Platinum space with 794 photovoltaic panels, smart LED lighting, high-performance underfloor climate control, reduced water flows, PM1 70% air filtration, and rock-wool thermal cladding.
ISO 20121 Certification
In 2023 we obtained the ISO 20121 – TÜV Nord certification for the sustainable management of our spaces Superstudio Più and Superstudio Maxi, with the support of Locom Sustainability Project Management. Our commitment is built on three pillars:
- Reduce, recycle and limit waste
- Promote ethical, inclusive and sustainable values
- Optimise and reduce environmental impact
