We are constantly committed to improving our business strategies while fully respecting sustainability and environmental protection.
In 2023, we obtained ISO 20121 - TUV Nord certification for the sustainable development of the Superstudio Più and Superstudio Maxi venues with the help of Locom Sustanaibility Project Management, where we have initiated an improvement process in which we progressively engage in:
- Establishing procedures to verify sustainable management of the organization;
- Defining suitable and measurable qualitative and quantitative indicators (SMART);
- Developing interactions aimed at ensuring stakeholder engagement on sustainability issues;
- Continuously improving the sustainable management system.

We support the "design, construction, maintenance, and operation of high-performance green buildings," as defined by the U.S. program. The Green Building Council®.
Superstudio Maxi is the first LEED Gold® (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) certified event space in Europe and the first step toward obtaining the certification for all of our venues, which are the outcomes of sustainable building regeneration, and redevelopment procedures in architecture and services.
Superstudio Maxi is an entirely functional and sustainable venue. For the building's architectural restoration, 99.8% of demolition waste was repurposed. Over 30% of the building's energy requirements are supplied by the 560 solar panels that cover it.
- 100% renewable energy in all venues;
- Charging stations for electric cars in the courtyard of the Superstudio Più and Superstudio Maxi venues;
- 99.8% of demolition waste was recovered for the construction of Superstudio Maxi;
- High-efficiencyncy LED lights in all our venues;
- Computerized high-efficiency cooling and heating system;
- Superstudio's annual energy saving is 850 tons of CO2, equal to the emissions of 99 cars driven in one year;
- For the period from May 2022 to May 2023, we produced around 240,000 kWh at Superstudio Maxi through 560 solar panels;
- Economic commitment - To Reduce, Reuse and Recycle in order to reduce waste;
- Social commitment - To Promote the values of sustainability and adopt an ethical and inclusive conduct.
We are developing Superstudio Village, a venue of the future in the Bovisa neighborhood of Milan, with the goal of earning the following certifications for the building's sustainability: LEED Platinum certification, which recognizes the highest level of performance for environmentally friendly structures; RESET AIR certification, which is based on the continuous monitoring of the building's air quality; and WiredScore Silver certification, which assesses the coziness and connectivity of buildings.
