The three founders will retain the remaining 49% of the company and continue to lead its operations. The acquisition responds to the evolving needs of brands, for which events, physical activations and content are increasingly part of the same project. The company is already present in France, with an operational hub in Paris. The operation will also support our expansion in the US market, in line with our international development strategy. As part of this growth, EPHOTO\u2019s Innovation Lab develops solutions based on photogrammetry, CGI and AI applied to content production.
